They made a hard sell to try to get me to upgrade. I kept saying just the original car and they kept offering me upgrades at an addtiional cost.

You can choose any car you want. If they tell you, for example, car number 4, it means you can pick any car from row 4. So, just choose the cheapest model available when renting!

There were too many people at LAS, and we had to queue. Other than that, everything was fine.

Car fine except that oil change requirement went on after 250 miles whereas we drove around 3,000 miles over two weeks

It was pretty average. First, I had to wait in a long line. Then they told me my car model wasn’t available and replaced the Camry with a Maxima. Maybe in North America, they think the Maxima is better? Anyway, the clerk had a look on their face like they upgraded me. So I excitedly took the keys, but saw another family already loading their luggage into the car. I said, 'I think this is my car.' The lady replied, 'Well, I’m pretty sure it’s mine.' We checked and realized we had been assigned the same car. Since their luggage was already in, I had to go back to the counter with my bags. The front desk then gave me a Lincoln Aviator, possibly thinking they upgraded me again, saying, 'This is a brand new car. Are you sure you can handle this?' I was like: Seriously? Overall, I give the service a 2 out of 5. I arrived at the rental company at 10:30 and didn’t get the car until after 12.
