Quite good

The staff are very professional and kind. Everything was fast. The car was as expected, minor cosmetic scratches but beyond that it was perfect for my needs.

The booking platform is very convenient! I got a reduced price alert and save some money which was great. There are no "small latters" and everything was well explained.

It was very nice experience. And it was the first time when I rented a car. It is much easier than I thought.

Extremely dissatisfied with this car rental experience: I visit Cyprus several times a year and always rent a car, but this time I forgot my credit card. At the airport rental service center, after negotiations, I was allowed to use cash as a deposit to take the car. I repeatedly asked if the cash would be refunded, and the staff assured me it would be. However, when I returned the car, the service department told me that 380 euros were used for full insurance (I should emphasize that I had already bought full insurance online when I rented the car). I asked several times if the cash would be refunded, and I was assured it would be, and I even took photos, but...

You have to make clear to customers that they need to update the car rental company with the last status for the arrival time. They are very kind and they will be waiting you in front of the arrivals. But they have to know the flight and the time

There is no info on the voucher about the rental office location. Hopefully I had a mobile to use and to get in contact with them.

The process took a long time; it would be better to complete it directly on the app.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Upon exiting the airport, someone was there holding a sign with my name to pick me up. They guided me to a spot where, after a short wait, the rental company’s staff arrived with the car I rented to drive me to their nearby office to complete the paperwork. They were friendly and helpful. After a thorough inspection of the car together, they also explained the basic functions of the vehicle, provided instructions for returning the vehicle, and even gave me a hand-crafted map of the return location and the nearest gas station. Overall, extremely satisfied.

A broken car requires a 900 Euro deposit? Not enough? Here's another option, pay 25 Euros for insurance to reduce the deposit to 250 Euros.

Абсолютно непрозрачные условия. Забронировала машину якобы с полной защитой, заплатила заранее 130 евро за 8 дней. По факту - пришла на стойку за машиной потребовали еще столько же денег. Тоже 130 евро. За полную защиту. Дали старый и убитый Nissan March, пробег 90000 км, черный (само то на Кипре с маленьким ребенком, ага), в прокате судя по номерам уже 4 года. Разгонялась на трассе ужасно медленно, но не сломалась, слава богу. Жутко недовольна бронированием. 260 евро за 8 дней за такую старую и убитую машину - это очень много. Deceptive to consumers; no counter inside the airport, yet it was advertised as such, causing us significant inconvenience when picking up and returning the car.

Like: From the shuttle bus to the staff checking in/out the car, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was extremely efficient and we were in and out within 10 minutes or so.
Dislike: Rental is outside the terminal and it was hard to work out how to get back to the rental place to drop the car off - used Waze as GPS and it didn't take us to the correct place.

False information, no counter inside the airport, and the car was not picked up at the airport. Very inconvenient.

You need to wash the car before returning it. They took a deposit for half a tank of fuel when I picked up the car and refunded it upon return. I originally booked a Ford Focus, but they said it wasn't available at pickup and gave me a Hyundai instead. The car was very new.
