The staff proactively explained the charges, no need to queue

When I picked up the car, there weren't any available, so I waited about 40 minutes. I originally reserved a Volvo V40 hatchback but ended up with a huge Renault Koleos station wagon. In my view, the reserved models don't mean anything; you just get whatever car they have. Maybe it was a free upgrade in terms of cost, but this kind of upgrade made me really nervous while driving. I've always driven small cars at home, and driving such a big car abroad was truly exhausting!

First time renting a car abroad. The service from Hertz in Germany is absolutely great, much better than AVIS in the USA. I swear I will never rent from AVIS again, even if it means opting for Youku.

The receipt amount printed at the time of return was incorrect, showing 25 euros more. After discussing with the counter staff and presenting the paper order, I received a correct receipt.

Counter staff was helpful but I would suggest if they can print bills and receipts in English rather than in german for tourists. Also if they can provide courtesy car service for pickup and drop off would be amazing.

Excellent customer service and clear information on car rental and insurance policies. Also good prices, hope this doesn’t change in the future when business picks up. Definitely recommending Qeeq for car rentals.
