Rented the car at the airport, discovered after two hours that the door could still be opened even when locked. Had to return to the airport, wasting four hours in total. Requested Hertz to extend our return time but was refused.

The system clearly showed available cars, but the American girl insisted we upgrade. We specifically went to the parking lot to take photos as evidence, and only then did we get the Camaro. The old gentleman at the parking lot was from Guangdong and taught us how to open the convertible. Great service.

Did not inform customers that the car consumes a lot of fuel.

The service is good, but the selection of 7-seater cars is limited; there was only one available when we went.

It's very convenient to take the airport rail for 2 stops right after exiting the airport.
