We picked up the car at Munich Airport. After we declined the offer for a larger car and additional insurance, the staff gave us the keys and told us to find the car ourselves. The instructions were unclear, and we spent a very long time looking for it.

Before departure, I had purchased full insurance on the Zuzuche website, but when I arrived at the local rental counter, I was informed it wasn't full insurance and had to pay over a hundred euros more. As tourists driving in a foreign country, we definitely choose to buy insurance, so I don't understand what the difference is between Zuzuche's full insurance and the car rental company's full insurance.

The salesperson was unfriendly because we bought full insurance on Zuzuche instead of their company.

Very good, convenient and simple. Cars can be returned to any branch in Europe.

The document does not state that the drop off is closed after 9pm on Sunday. We drove to the location but unable to drop off as the car park is full. We have to return the next morning which caused us a lot of inconvenience.
