Budgetとは異なり、Alamoは自分でガレージに行って同級の車を拾い上げることができる。この店の従業員は熱心で、自分から出てきて車庫まで道案内をしてくれたが、他の消費を売り込むわけでもなく、いつものように聞いてくれた。Alamoの注文代金は人民元、Budgetの注文代金は米ドルと、なぜ違うのか分からない。

About Alamo: 10.0 /10

There was no queue when renting the car (while other companies had queues)! The counter staff were very polite, although they recommended another insurance not included in the comprehensive insurance, called towing insurance. In case of theft or an accident, the company would be responsible for towing the car back. Otherwise, towing fees in the US are very high, so we bought it.
