車が問題になって電話で助けを求め、言い争ったあげく、自働車メーカーに連絡するという荒唐無稽な結果になった。車に問題があって車を乗り換えることを要求して車がないという理由で拒絶して、車は問題がなくて引き続き運転することができて、車を乗り換える必要がないと言って、しかし私達が車を退く後にまたメールを出して車は私達に壊れて、修理費用は私達に負担して、クレジットカードで直接に高い修理費用を差し引きます。

The pickup process was confusing due to language barriers. After getting out from the 5th floor, we had to get a ticket, drive down, and insert the ticket again to exit, which took a long time. Returning the car in Molde at 5 PM was challenging due to rain and darkness. We had a hard time getting out of the airport parking lot and had to ask several people for help. Eventually, we found the Hertz parking area, but it was full. We ended up parking next to a Hertz service car and took a photo to finish the process. It was exhausting. Big companies should offer Chinese language services.
