Returning and renting cars at Salt Lake City Airport is very convenient.

Very dissatisfied, long wait times, and they tried to upsell insurance. When I refused, they mentioned state laws to scare me. The originally $400 rental ended up costing $520 per day. Terrible company.

Very convenient, the service was not very enthusiastic but it was thoughtful and satisfactory.

Very close to the terminal, but no guiding signs, had to ask airport staff.

Like: I was three hours early checking in. I was told that car I reserved was not available at that time. Rather than wait, only vehicle available was a Ford Explorer for additional $120. Seemed unusual that you only had this vehicle available for almost 50% more!
Dislike: I think I was "upsold".
