Great attitude

The car was in good condition, although the front desk staff wasn't very friendly during pickup.

Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised to be given a very large car, super cool.
