Great service attitude. They immediately replaced the car when there was an issue.

Salt Lake City's service was very good, better than Billings.

Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.

Rented a car at Salt Lake City Airport. The directions were very clear, there weren't many people, and the process was quick and easy.
