This information was not mentioned in the order, so we had to ask around to find the company. 2. Unreasonable charges. I used the highway with an ETC, showing a toll of 1.35 EUR, but the car rental company charged me a 40 EUR fine. In the end, I was charged several hundred yuan extra without any explanation. After returning home, I had to contact after-sales multiple times to resolve this. 3. When returning the car, the staff were overwhelmed and very impatient, providing poor service. In the end, I recommend choosing a big company for car rental. Although it's a bit more expensive, at least the service is good and they don't make random charges. I will never rent from such small companies again.

Only shame is they do not drop you to Terminal 2 so be mindful when travelling.
