I booked Ford Explorer and it’s supposed to be 2019 or 2018 model. They gave me 2017 Toyota Prado and promised me to replace it within one day which they didn’t commit to. They never answer phone calls despite tens of calls and once they answered they customer service was extremely bad!
Never recommend them again.
the car was running over 89000 km have noise on the road mitsubishi small instead of Accent Huyndhy, they accused me of a small damage in the front right while
I only drived the car 30 km to the hotel and back. They blocked 2500 AED inspite having full insurance coverage
