Overall had a very pleasing experience .. vehicle absolutely met our requirement

The reserved car model was unavailable, and Europcar downgraded us to a different car. Communication with customer service was futile. We waited nearly two hours with hungry children. It's unclear if it was discrimination against Chinese people or just poor service from the rental company. The experience was extremely disappointing!

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks

Poor communication to customer I requested for a Mercedes Benz and on nowhere on my booking confirmation that it states clearly that I must have a credit card. I was denied the car of my choice as I don’t have a credit card. They did not accept my debit card. The manager at Europ car classified your website as “dodgy website”. There was no mention of a specific amount of deposit, I was asked to pay $500 before they can release a car of my choice even though I’ve been denied my preferred car- Mercedes’ I was given a car called GM, which took more time for me to understand it’s logistics and I have a child with me I rate this the worst travel ever

Excellent car and good rate. REALLY ANNOYED at being billed over $20 for providing the drivers licence of my wife and not being told we would be CHARGED FOR A SECOND DRIVER BEING REGISTERED - even if she didn't drive the car. This was DECEPTIVE practice.

Good as always. Clean and reliable and flexible service.

Much cheaper than other websites so we were skeptical at first but it worked out well and Europcar provided the car with no issues.
