1. Even though I had already reserved a compact car, the attendant kept asking if I wanted a Mercedes or another type of car. 2. The attendant told me I needed to buy third-party liability insurance. When I asked if it was mandatory, she said it was necessary, making me mistakenly believe it was required, so I ended up purchasing it for two days at an additional cost of $15 per day.

Had to wait in line for at least half an hour. They told me my reserved car was not available and asked me to pay extra for a different car or there would be none. No complimentary upgrade was offered. Eventually, I paid an extra $15.

Pretty awful. The building was run-down, and there were approximately 50 people in line ahead of me. There was no air-con and it was very hot outside. The woman at the counter was very rude and almost did not accept my reservation because I purchased it in NZD. She gave me a "free" upgrade after I refused the offer to pay for one, and the vehicle I received repeatedly gave me a "low oil" warning - scary to drive!

Perfect organisation. Friendly service. I got very good car.

Easy to rent, but difficult to understand which company finally will deliver the car. Needed to make an international call to customer service to figure it out. Received answers to all my questions. Finally satisfied.
