ありがとうレンタカー借りの手伝い、最初に済州にロッテrent a carのコーナーを见て、その时は知らない直接行きはレンタカー会社に関する質問で私の注文はどこで車を取り、あっち柜姐态度はまた私の注文がない。私はすぐに電話をかけてレンタカーの顧客サービスに助けを求めたので、予約取車の時間が過ぎたので、とても感謝して電話をかけてレンタカー会社に行って、彼らに頼んで用意した車を確認してと私に直接shuttle busに乗ってレンタカー会社に行くことを教えてくれた。途中で小さな事故が発生したこともあり、レンタカーを借りての連絡や連絡を積極的に手伝っていた。とても幸運にレンタカーを借りて、私に1つのとても忘れ難い旅行があることを譲ります!

“Good experience with Hertz/Lotte at Jeju Airport”

Operated by Lotte Car Rental. Busy location and there was a ticketed queing system. Had to wait about 40 mins.

The QEEQ information to get the shuttle bus to Lotte is incorrect. I sent the correct details and they said that they would update. Also had to inform of change of arrival time. Service response was quick and coherent.

It would've been nicer if it stated on the paper that it was actually "Lotte" rental cat, not "Hertz." I did not know this until I called the number.
