The staff at the Hertz location were unreasonable. Arrived at the rental company 10 minutes early, and they tried to charge us for an extra day! Thankfully, the rental platform adjusted the fee for us.

They tried to sell extra insurance, and claimed my reserved car wasn't available, suggesting other cars that required additional payment. Initially, the staff quoted an extra $48 per day, but when I said it was too expensive, someone who said they were a manager offered it for $24 per day. Since it was late and I needed to hit the road, I had no choice but to agree. It felt like a scam.

When picking up the car around 8 PM, there weren't many staff members, so the waiting time was a bit long.

Did not provide the reserved model and forced an upgrade with additional charges.
