Very poor service at pick up, car wasn’t even at the location for the agreed 12.00 pick up. No apologies given was told to go and get a coffee and come back at 12.15. The manager, Khalid, was argumentative and told me it was normal to wait an hour implying I was lucky to get it when I did.

Received free upgrade on vehicle- staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

First time for using QEEQ. Very easy. Good customer service- able to reach someone on phone! Received good value for money.

Didn't get the car booked. Gotten a "similar" size but thought it's smaller than what we originally booked.
