It's okay, there were three people handling the process which sped things up.

The car's condition was average. I booked a Ford Focus, but they gave me a Kia.

I came here feeling anxious, but the work efficiency was great. Later, I realized that the salesperson was the staff behind the counter. Therefore, having a conversation and being able to see the other person's computer screen to confirm information is very important because it’s easy to accidentally incur extra charges.

We got a car that was better than expected.

Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.
