空港で車を取りに行ったとき、レンタカー会社の社員に保険をかけてもらって、Qeeqではもう買ったと言ったけど、やっぱりだめだと言った。買わないと車は取れない。後にQeeqの顧客サービスと電話をして、彼は突然過ぎたことを見て、ただよいと言うことしかできなくて、しかし私達に30分を待たせてやっと車を取りにきて、取ったのは現代で、地盤が低くて言わないで、動力も不足します。いい

Very dissatisfied! Due to the dim lighting in the parking garage when returning the car, I took off my sunglasses and placed them in the center console storage! Then the car rental company said they couldn't find them! The rental platform said I would have to wait until the 9th for staff to handle it! Such a big company, but with such poor standards!

Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient. However, due to the exchange rate conversion between Euros and USD (my domestic credit card is a dual currency card for RMB and USD), Europcar in Paris charged a 6% service fee (over $50) without prior notice. This is extremely dishonest!
