ソルトレイクシティ空港のAlamoカウンターで当日当直する従業員の態度があまりにも悪くて、全コースは1枚の顔が臭くて、このStephenという従業員は-5つ星の差をつけることができますか!また、事前にgpsを予約しておいて当日使えなかったのに、本当にカウンターに息を吹きかけてしまいそうな態度だった。二度とAlamoの車は借りない!

Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.
