Indirectly selling insurance with too many tricks.

We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

It is recommended to have someone assist during pickup.
