The airport location is easy to find, but the city navigation for the drop-off location is a bit confusing. However, I eventually found it.

Poor service attitude. Some charges were not explained in advance. At Munich airport, we rented a Land Rover Discovery 4 but got an Audi Q3 instead. They claimed it was a free upgrade, and there were no other cars available. Abroad, we couldn't do much about it and had to endure. Complaining afterward was useless.

Pickup and return were very convenient, and the car was very new. I booked a Touran and got a diesel Kia instead. It was great to drive, much better than cars in my home country, with excellent power.
