I got a good car at a competitive price.

It's okay. It felt like an eternity walking from arrival to the car rental location. The staff's attitude was mediocre late at night. Unfortunately, my flight landed after midnight, and despite email communication with the platform, the Europcar desk first denied receiving any email and then insisted on charging an extra service fee. Honestly, I understand the policy, but as a loyal Europcar customer, I just have to vent a little about this Munich Airport location.

Picked up the car in the morning when there were few people. The first car they gave us was a JEEP, and they said there were no other models available. The front window had a crack longer than 10cm, so they replaced it with another car which still had a small crack on the front window, but they assured us it was fine to drive.

The staff was not very friendly and did not clearly explain the location

EuropeCar has one of the larger counters at Munich Airport, and the vehicle was in good condition
