サービスがきちんとできていて、話すのが難しいですが、店の店員のほとんどは電話の通訳が必要だからではありません。その間、夕方に山を下りて道路を避けていたサルが道路脇の欄干に擦ってきた。車の運転手が明確な指示を与えてくれた。前日、路上駐車していた車とすれちがったので、普通の場合は注文をキャンセルしてくれたのですが、私はこれまで小型の車を予約していたので、ずっと大型の車を運転していなかったので、屋久島で大型の車を運転するのは大変でした。だから車両を回収できない。私は全保険を購入していないので車両の破損分は自分で弁償しなければならず、価格もまあまあです。値段は一律で、車は2万円、それ以上5万円運転できません。島では塩を防ぐために車両が全プラスチックケースで腐食しており、少しでも外殻に触れると凹んでしまうからだ。

“Not a pleasant experience at the end”

I expected that I might be late in return the car when I rented it because I was travelling with 2 kids. As QEEQ suggested, I checked with Times staff when I rented the car. Times staff at the airport counter told me that JPY880 per hour, JPY1760 for 2 hours. However, when I returned the car at Times store, another Times staff charged me 6000 JPY. They said 2-hour is within 1-6 hour range, so that 6-hour charge applied. No time for me to argue as I was rushing to the airport.
