Like: Armada was in good condition. 4WD option was nice for trip to Yellowstone. Drop off was painless Dislike: Printer was broken so agent had to fill in form by hand. Got Armada because it was the first set of keys agent picked up, even though Expedition I reserved was in the parking lot. Decided not to switch because I didn’t want to walk back inside with two little ones. Car had 36,000 miles and ran fine, even though I was told on the phone my rental would likely have under 5000 miles on it.
