Basically satisfied

The car model we booked was not available at all. When we showed the contract to the staff, they didn't care and said that the model in the contract was unavailable. We had to either accept the available model or not rent at all. Since it was midnight, could we really not rent? We ended up reluctantly accepting a smaller model. The trunk could only fit three suitcases, and we had to place another suitcase on the back seat, making the back seat extremely cramped. The journey was very uncomfortable!

Very unhappy, the provided pickup address was incorrect, the reserved car was not available, staff were arrogant, and eventually only offered a much smaller Toyota. Luggage had to be squeezed onto the seats, plus they wanted additional charges.

There is nobody at rental return Location with little instructions or signage to bring key back to desk. Can be improved

Avis is not helping me to find the right car . My trip is getting worse and I have to pay extra money for finding other transportation.
