アムステルダム空港は車が便利です。前后合わせて20分です。 しかし車を返す時満充電ではないため、余分に30ユーロの料金を取りました。あきれる。 私は満充電で30キロ運転して返却に行きましたが、満充電の距離は350キロです。空港でフル充電を表示するわけにはいかないし、空港まで一時間以上かけてフル充電させるわけにもいかないだろう。Hertzにメールを書いて説明を求めたが、返事はなかった。 渋滞のせいで一時間以上も車の返却が遅れ、一日分のタクシー代と保険料を余分に取られた。確かに僕がタイムアウトしたわけだが、7日間レンタルして2時間タイムアウトなんて、これまでよく使っていたavisなら気にならない。とにかく車を返した后に領収書を受け取って全部で66ユーロを補充しました。びっくりしました…

The car pick-up process at Amsterdam Airport went smoothly. The staff were very patient in explaining everything. We originally booked a Ford SUV, but since it wasn't available, they gave us a Skoda instead. The trunk was spacious, meeting our requirements, and the car was very new. The most satisfying and unexpected part was that the car came with GPS, which made our trip very smooth.
