The customer service was average when picking up the car, but it was good when returning it. However, there was only one person managing the store at night.
This isn't the first time I've used this rental company, and I've always been quite satisfied. The cars are relatively new, and the paperwork process is quick. However, this time picking up the car at LGA airport, the African American female service agent took a lot of time and couldn't get it done. She kept asking about the driver's license address. Eventually, a manager came out and resolved everything in ten seconds. Returning the car at JFK airport was very efficient, took less than a minute.
Thrifty in La Guardia are a little slow to deal with, but great car.
