We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.
Very satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off process is simple, the vehicle and service are both good. The deposit was refunded within half an hour after returning the car.
It's a bit disappointing not to get the car model I wanted. Overall, the pick-up process was quite fast. The service was acceptable, though the service fee for highway tolls seemed a bit high.
Overall good. The car pickup location was poor. Initially they said it's okay, but after re-queuing they said it wasn't, which wasted 2 hours. The receptionist had a terrible attitude.
