クルーガーを要求していたが、最終的には車がなく、アップグレードされるどころか、RAV4にダウングレードされた。後部座席が2人なら問題ないが、チャイルドシートを加えた後部座席は3人でとても窮屈だった。特に十二使徒までの長距離移動で後部座席の人々はとても疲れてしまった。チャイルドシートはただのプラスチック椅子で、国内のものとは比べ物にならないし、店員も真ん中に取り付けることができなかった…。車を返す際、車のダウングレードについてマネージャーと議論した後、チャイルドシートと通行料金は無料にしてもらった。本当に呆れた。車を返すとき、1人の中国人の女性が保険について議論しているのを見かけた。彼女は完全保険に加入していたようだった。彼女に挨拶し、心の中で幸運を祈った。

Like: Nice and Friendly Team and Great Location. Drop off is a breeze!!!
Dislike: Whilst drop off was painless, the pick up was time consuming compared to what I'm used to at other rentals. The amount of up selling the sales guy and his manager tried to do was sort of funny at the start but started to get a bit much and made me uncomfortable. Not only off putting in the end but time consuming. I actually spent money on insurance I would not have because of the constant up selling tbh. So I question were they nice or were they just nice to try to make more money!!??
