The new receptionist was really inexperienced. It took her half an hour to process a case, constantly seeking help from other colleagues. She only handed over the keys without accompanying us to inspect the car. When I saw the car, I was heartbroken. Later, I'll share my Damage Check with everyone. Some people had reservations but no cars available. The receptionist said it wasn't their problem and if you want to complain or get angry, go ahead. There's nothing they can do. Oh my God, what an attitude!

“少し残念です。”

受付が1人しかおらず、スムーズに受付をして頂くことができませんでした。 また、車種をルノーのコンパクトカーで予約したのですが、日産のセダンで運転しづらかったです。 それに加えて、車内・車外清掃が十分ではなく、良い気持ちでドライブを出来ませんでした。 海外なので、仕方がないかもしれませんが 次回予約する場合は、budget等大手のレンタカー会社を利用したいと思います。

“Cheap easy pick up”
About Atlas: 9.4 /10
Like: Cheap rental and we got upgraded, easy pick up and return
Dislike: There were some issues with the deposit and the eftpos machine breaking down but all solved fine
