The car pickup process was quite slow. They changed the staff in between, and we had to start over again. The most important issue was that the car had only half a tank of gas at pickup, although the documentation stated it was full! It was my own fault for being careless... The return process was quite fast though.
I picked up the car early in the morning, no line. My English is not very good, but the staff was very patient and friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the car I received; it was not the JEEP I saw in the photos when booking, nor was there a free upgrade. When I rented from Alamo, the cars were always good, and I even got a free upgrade once. Also, this company doesn't offer free GPS, so I rented one from the rental service, but it wasn't as good as the free GPS I got when renting from Alamo.
They didn't have the car I reserved but they did give an upgrade that suited the purpose I needed.
