When I booked, they said all customers could receive a Suburban. However, at pickup, the customer service said there were none left and gave me a GMC Yukon XL. In the parking lot, I noticed a ready-to-go Suburban parked diagonally opposite. I used my US driver's license and phone customer service for online pickup. So initially, the upselling services weren't too excessive. Still, not getting the car I wanted felt like a rip-off.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

There were no obvious signs outside, and I had to ask someone to find out the exact location. However, overall, the experience was still quite good.
