全体的に非常に良かったです。追加販売がありましたが、軽く尋ねられる程度でした。不満だった点は、車を借りる際に、76日間レンタルするために30日ごとに新たに契約を更新するように求められたことです。また、これは会社の方針だと言われました。しかし、最初の30日が過ぎて更新に行った際には、担当者から更新は不要でコンピューターが自動で更新するとの説明を受けました。無駄な時間を使わされました。

Very satisfied with the car rental experience. The staff pointed to a row of cars and said I could choose any one. I picked a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander with only 800 miles on it. Amazingly, we fit all nine pieces of luggage inside. Great job!

Great experience. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. I thought returning the car would be troublesome, so I arrived at the airport quite early, but it only took about 5 minutes to finish the process. Highly recommended.
