The service attitude was average, and the wait time was slightly long but tolerable. There weren't many vehicle options, but the condition of the vehicle was satisfactory.

About Alamo: 2.0 /10
The line for picking up the car in Las Vegas was extremely long, taking more than half an hour to line up and over an hour to get the car! I originally booked a mid-size SUV, Jeep Grand Cherokee, through QEEQ. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard SUV, Kia Sorento. I don’t know if it was QEEQ or Alamo that switched the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that when returning the car in LA, even though I had refueled it completely, Alamo charged me an FSO fee, which is for refueling services, costing about $50. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. Terrible service, absolutely garbage. The process at the San Francisco airport branch was quick and straightforward. I booked an RV4 or Ford Escape class vehicle, and the pickup was very flexible—you could choose the car yourself in the garage. I opted for a JEEP, which was actually an upgrade at no extra charge since I had purchased the best insurance. On the third day in San Francisco, my car window was broken, and items were stolen while inside Golden Gate Park. After filing a police report, I contacted the rental company and immediately returned the car without any additional paperwork. The service was prompt and customer-friendly.

Why was I double-charged after paying in full when making the reservation? When I went to the car rental office in the US to pick up the car, I had to pay the full amount again. The car rental website charges the full amount automatically from the bank at the time of booking, not upon pick-up. The time in between should be enough for the rental website and its US partner company to communicate and process the payment as per their agreement. However, when I arrived at the office to pick up the car, I was charged again.
