I believe the rental car company engaged in serious deceit. I had already paid the full amount on the platform because I was worried about being cheated. I only rented the car for 2 days, but the company charged me much more than my two-day rental should cost. I can't accept this. I hope the platform helps me resolve this issue. Unacceptable! The platform didn't make enough effort to help me appeal!

At Los Angeles Airport, the staff keeps pushing additional insurance and even tried to convince us it was mandatory. Only after my strong questioning did they admit it was optional. They seem to take advantage of non-native English speakers. The service attitude was really poor. The reserved car type was unavailable. I booked an SUV, but they recommended a Mercedes sedan instead, claiming it had a built-in GPS. What a hassle.

AVIS is a well-known brand. They upgraded me to a top sports car for a small additional fee. Excellent!
