The staff at the Melbourne Budget rental point were very friendly, patient, and attentive. However, some of the female employees had a poor attitude. I rented a Toyota Corolla, and the car was in good condition.

When picking up the car, they directly tell you the location, and you can go there yourself—it's completely self-service. Returning the car is just handing over the keys, and no one checks the car. Very convenient.
