オランダ人は英語が上手で、コミュニケーションに支障はありませんが、Herzの従業員の態度には熱意がなく、公的な仕事をしている様子です。車は新しかったし、プラスチックの匂いもした。

を返すのは大変だ。高速道路を走って空港に着くと、返す指示板があり、そのまま駐車場に誘導される。しかし、高速で給油しなければならなかったし、空港の隣のガソリンスタンドでも給油したら高速には戻らなかったし、GPSに案内されて空港を大きく周回し、駐車場に入った。GPSではなく、空港の案内板に従うべきだった。その後Herzの人は、ガソリンスタンドから先に空港に着くことができると言っていました。空港に戻る案内板があって、そこから車を返す案内板があったのです。
