The elderly gentleman was nice but a bit slow. He didn't push any sales, but the car model provided was not good. Suggest checking the parking lot first.
When I suddenly realized that I didn't bring my driver's license from home, I was glad I had arranged for a notarized copy beforehand, as advised. The staff was responsible and called the manager to verify my documents, while reminding us to drive carefully. The car we reserved wasn't available, but we got an upgrade for an additional fee. Overall, the process was quite satisfactory. Returning the car was quick.
Long queues. The service staff were not very honest.
