The rental company made random charges. Despite the fuel tank being full, they deducted the cost of a full tank from my credit card. When an accident occurred, Avis refused to take responsibility.
The car seatbelts were missing the button that stops the buckle getting lost. The wipers left water on the windscreen and the screen wash left greasy smears on the window making driving at night were difficult.
Als Starter bekamen wir ein upgrade, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das neue Fahrzeug hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Übergabe ging sehr zügig. Gerne wieder!
