The rental service staff at Baltimore Airport were very friendly. Instead of the Nissan Altima we initially booked, we were given a brand new 2014 Camry, which made us very happy. The return process was also very smooth with no issues. The entire driving experience was excellent.

I paid for a Grand Cherokee but got a Chevrolet Captiva instead. You can see why I'm not satisfied. The upselling wasn't that bad since I already had a lot of insurance coverage.
