It was quick and when I found marks on the car before driving away the person said to just mark it down instead of telling me it didn't matter and that I don't have to report it.
Same formula, same attitude, even the same tricks! Clearly told them I didn't need insurance, but the printed receipt still included insurance fees. They take advantage of your lack of English skills and make you sign. Rented for just one day and was charged $39 for services and insurance! Avoid this garbage company at all costs! It's better to choose a Chinese company that offers pick-up and drop-off services. These companies have too many tricks!
We had already purchased full insurance, but they insisted I only had basic insurance. They charged an extra 20 yuan per day for insurance and forced us to buy the gas in the tank. Although we used only a small amount, they refused to refund the money.
Overall, the cost ended up being much higher than other major companies.
Rental did its job however I find it unflattering that rental was not cleaned prior to our reservation time.
There was orange debri or dust through out the entire car as well as trash.
Cup holders were not cleaned out nor was the vehicle wiped down. The AC vent cover was missing which was annoying because passengers cannot control their air flow.
Vehicle also smelled like smoke so we took it upon ourselves to have the vehicle sprayed to eliminate the odor. Which should have been done on your end as well as a detailed clean of the car.
Photos were taken as evidence as this was noticed upon entering the vehicle.
Airport pick up is not the easiest so we for the most part assisted ourselves and had no time to request another accommodating vehicle as we waited an hour for this one.

Where do I start.
It took way to long at the counter.
Because a family of 12 could not get a cat.
So the line was very long.
Finally we checked in.
Went downstaires....no cars.
We had to wait almost 60 minutes.
But because it was first car to come we got a way bigger car.
So overal we were happy.
The person in the counter made us buy insurance and EZ-TAG very expensive.
Also charged us almost US 100 for 1 day extention that we needed to made for medical razons.
Will never use Dollar again
El auto fue una gran sorpresa, un BMW, impecable, increible, las vestiduras muy cuidadas, solo al principio tuvo una falla electrica donde recien salimos del aeropuerto nos marcó que necesitabamos ponerle anticongelante, tuvimos que ir a revisarlo y nos dijeron que traia una falla eléctrica que no nos preocuparamos. Toda la experiencia con el auto increible. Nos atendió Marissa en el mostrador, super amable, nos ayudo en todo momento,muchas felicidades un excelente servicio en todo momento.

The check-in line was about 8 deep. There were 5 agents, so it took about 25 minutes. Agent was not personable.
A/C barely functioned. Return agent comped me $50 for inconvenience. Pleasantly resolved in seconds. Great customer service.
Very satisfied.
Only issue was on the drop off, staff did not know how to get to our hotel (on airport) and also I had two chase up emails asking if I had returned the car
I waited in line for an hour, and then the counter staff told me my credit card couldn't go through. Even after switching cards, it still didn't work, and they wouldn't let me pick up the car. This is a terrible car rental company. I didn't get the car at all, but they insisted I fill out the car model to leave a review. When I asked for a refund, customer service refused to give me any money back. I spent over 1300 for nothing but frustration. I ended up renting a car from another store right there. The on-site rental cost me a lot more money.
Al momento de recoger el auto, nos entregaron un auto con la guantera rota. Lo hicimos saber al encargado y quisimos cambiarlo y nos dijeron que no tenían más autos disponibles y no era posible un upgrade. Accedimos forzados a tomar ese auto dañado pues no había opción. Solo apuntaron en nuestro contrato el daño en la guantera rota en el vehículo.
Tres horas después se le cayó la defensa delantera al auto. Nos sentimos engañados con el auto que nos entregaron. Tuvimos que dirigirnos a otro concesionario dollar en otra ciudad con la consiguiente pérdida de tiempo para que nos cambiaran el auto.
Mala experiencia y mal sabor de boca en la concesionaria del aeropuerto George Bush.
El auto sustituto o de reposición que nos entregaron, estaba en muy buen estado y la atención del personal de mostrador

Picking up the car was a pain. First, there was an issue with Dollar processing my credit card. Calls to my credit card company showed that there was no problem. I had to bail on the reservation desk and go to the Dollar Kiosk, which was able to process my credit card with no problem. The kiosk attempted to print my documents (contract, etc), but only blank pages emerged. I was told to proceed to the garage and just take "any car in area B". This process took at least 45 minutes.
I went out to pick up my car from the garage. The Dollar representative said I was not supposed to take any car from area B, as I had been instructed by the Dollar representative. She sent me back to the counter, where I had to wait in line for the 3rd time to sort it all out. The representative at the counter printed out my contract and wrote the letter "B" on the front. I went back to the garage with this new document in-hand and was told to take any car from area B....
I found the process to be slow and frustrating. I pre-booked online, yet came across lots of confusion and delays when it came to pick-up. The Dollar employees were patient and accommodating, but the systems they were navigating to get me a car were obviously slowing them down.

el coche bien, pero tarde 2:30 hrs de espera para que me tocara llegar al mostrador, (habían literal mas de 100 personas delante de mi en la fila) y el proceso una vez que llegue a mostrador fue fluido y muy rápido pero no puede ser que solo tengan dos personas para atender tanto flujo de pasajeros.
