The car was mysteriously hit, we reported it to the police and the insurance, but we were still charged. When we contacted the rental company, they brushed us off to after-sales, and the issue hasn't been resolved yet.
When picking up the car, we were asked a question by a guy who realized we were Chinese. He kept a stern face throughout and didn't want to communicate with us! Although they clearly stated an extra driver would cost 25, they actually deducted the entire 100 pre-authorization! When we asked Zuzuche to check, they replied it was because we picked up the car a day earlier, just one day! The plane arrived early, so we picked up the car at 7:00 instead of the planned 7:30. If extra charges were necessary, they should have informed us in advance.
The day I went, their computer was down. I booked a zero-deductible insurance through QEEQ, but they didn't register it! Overall, this issue took quite a while to resolve. QEEQ's service was excellent!
