They forced me to pay an additional insurance fee of around 1200, and what's worse is they charged my card after I left the store. I contacted the official customer service of the car rental platform, but their English was so weak that they couldn't argue back when the rental company claimed the insurance had already taken effect. The customer service then blamed me, which was really frustrating.

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

From the airport booth check-in to picking up the car at the main office took a total of 2 hours and 37 minutes. The shuttle speed was acceptable, but we were mainly delayed at the counter for the paperwork and car pickup process. During this time, many employees went home after work, and despite so many customers waiting in line, there was no action from the management (we couldn't even see any managers). The car rental system had issues: the rental contract was printed in a graphic mode that made the lines unclear and the text small and hard to read. The counter staff did not inform me whether the return location was the same as the pickup location, so I had to rely on Google Street View afterward. When we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
