A perfect car rental experience, the car's performance and condition were excellent. During this trip, we had two incidents, First, at the hotel in Monterey, we broke the rear car window while parking. We immediately contacted the rental office. Unlike other parts of the car, the window had to be fixed urgently to avoid hindering the trip. Much praise to the rental company for having a similar car sent over from San Francisco that night. They drove three hours and delivered it to us at 4 AM! Second, on the way from Big Sur to Bakersfield, we accidentally took a very dangerous mountain road. We drove for two hours along a winding cliffside road and were very worried about the car's condition. But the car performed splendidly even on such a challenging road, thanks to its powerful engine. We appreciate the rental company and have decided to continue renting a car for our trip to Los Angeles on the 15th.

Aggressive promotion of car insurance, annoying.

The online booking price was 248 USD, but the actual payment was 521.96 USD, such a large difference feels like a trap. The GPS fee was 119.92 USD, and there were other insurance charges. Due to poor language skills, I couldn't understand why. Could it be that the original reservation didn't include any insurance? At the counter, they even mentioned the total rental cost would be over 600 USD. It seemed suspicious so I refused. Please provide honest service and explain everything upfront, especially for people who aren't proficient in English.

Arrived at San Francisco Airport at 11 AM and had to wait in line for 2 hours before getting the car. There were about 50 people ahead of me.

Average service, a long wait because the staff spent a lot of time recommending various services, and the paperwork did not match the actual situation (discovered later).
