At Los Angeles Airport, the staff keeps pushing additional insurance and even tried to convince us it was mandatory. Only after my strong questioning did they admit it was optional. They seem to take advantage of non-native English speakers.
The service attitude was really poor. The reserved car type was unavailable. I booked an SUV, but they recommended a Mercedes sedan instead, claiming it had a built-in GPS. What a hassle.
Average, no Chinese language service. No invoice provided. Returned the car on February 28, later charged an additional 410.69 CAD (approximately 2100 RMB) on March 3 without any explanation.
