Customer service said it needed maintenance and told me not to worry but to bring it back for a replacement. During inspection, they found a small crack on the windshield which I mentioned was there when I got the car, but they still changed the car for me. The second car had a slightly better condition but still had scratches on the front. When I returned it, they noted the scratches and just asked me to sign and leave without mentioning any additional charges. Not very reliable, but it's a budget option.
