The car model provided was different and much smaller than what I booked, so we had to pay extra to get a larger car.
The process of exchanging the car took a lot of time, which was very wasteful.
They kept pushing insurance, and the car was in poor condition with previous damage. The front license plate was dented, and the engine light came on after driving less than 15 kilometers. Customer service said it needed maintenance and told me not to worry but to bring it back for a replacement. During inspection, they found a small crack on the windshield which I mentioned was there when I got the car, but they still changed the car for me. The second car had a slightly better condition but still had scratches on the front. When I returned it, they noted the scratches and just asked me to sign and leave without mentioning any additional charges. Not very reliable, but it's a budget option.
