Overall, it went smoothly, but there were two issues. First, we couldn't understand the directions given by the staff for the pickup location, and they were unwilling to assist us, making it hard to find the pickup spot. Second, the invoice sent was in Turkish (probably) and not in English, making it unreadable.

The entire process was quite smooth, and both pick-up and return were handled professionally.

Right at the airport, many rental companies are clustered together.

The car rental company was excellent, providing attentive service. They upgraded our vehicle because we didn't have enough space for our luggage.

Enterprise is a fairly reputable company that requires a notarized driver's license. They offer a variety of vehicle models and provided us with a new car that had only 600 kilometers, so it was just out of the break-in period. They even refunded the early return fee, making it a pretty good company.
