Booked a pickup truck but switched to a business car due to manual transmission. Spacious.

I reserved a Mercedes C, and although I didn't get it, I would have been okay with a similar model. Instead, they downgraded me to an SUV, which is very unreliable. I booked this more than half a month in advance, and it still happened. Eventually, I found an Avis offline by myself, and they offered me a 5 Series at the same price. The online service is truly unreliable.

The entire process was quite smooth, and both pick-up and return were handled professionally.

The staff was very friendly.

Enterprise is a fairly reputable company that requires a notarized driver's license. They offer a variety of vehicle models and provided us with a new car that had only 600 kilometers, so it was just out of the break-in period. They even refunded the early return fee, making it a pretty good company.
